Director’s Message

Ganbat P. is a Lawyer and Jurisprudence

The founder of “Bluefin Group” LLC, Ganbat Puntsag, began his culinary career in the United States, where he gained valuable international experience working at the restaurant of world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. He later successfully owned and operated Gamba's Restaurant in Seattle, earning high praise from both culinary experts and customers. After returning to Mongolia, he recognized the growing demand for premium-quality steaks and fresh seafood, which led him to establish the Bluefin brand in 2013. Today, Bluefin Group employs more than 800 people. Our company was recognized as one of Mongolia's TOP 100 Enterprises for two consecutive years, in 2023 and 2024.

Since 2013, Bluefin LLC has been operating with 8 subsidiaries.

2013

Bluefin The Steakhouse

It revolutionized the catering industry in Ulaanbaatar and became one of the leading restaurants in its field in Mongolia.

2014

Bluefin Cuisine d’Art

Fine dining format – offers high-class international cuisine such as pasta, steak, and sushi. Fusion or mixed cuisine – has a menu that combines European (pasta, steak) and Japanese elements (sushi).

2015

Bluefin Le Bistro

The main feature is the Bistro concept – casual but quality European cuisine, breakfast, pasta, salads, grills, and desserts.

2017

Bluefin Sushi bar

Japanese-style sushi and sashimi - traditional and modern rolls, set menus, using fresh seafood - tuna, shrimp, and crab.

2018

Bluefin Catering Service LLC

The company has expanded its client list to include embassies, United Nations organizations, government agencies, and large mining companies.

To contribute to the development of the industry by consistently providing environmentally friendly products, tasteful quality, and safe services while respecting customer satisfaction.

We are introducing new techniques and technologies in the field of meat and meat product production, and are working to supply consumers with products that meet taste and hygiene standards.

Luxury Glamping - was founded with the goal of providing comfortable, luxurious travel/field catering services to foreign and domestic travelers in stunning, beautiful nature.

A restaurant lounge in the city center, with a modern interior design solution including the latest stage and LED screen, and decorated in Japanese and European styles.
