Bluefin Group LLC was established in 2013 with the opening of its first premium restaurant. Since then, our company has grown into one of Mongolia's leading food service and catering groups, successfully building the Bluefin brand in the domestic market.

Today, we operate four restaurant chains in Ulaanbaatar and provide catering services for event venues, as well as international-standard catering solutions to embassies, the United Nations, government agencies, banks, international auditing firms, and mining companies.

In addition, we operate a modern meat processing facility that supplies graded and marinated meat products to both domestic and international markets. The facility is the first in Mongolia's food industry to implement the international GMP standard. We also deliver integrated catering services for mining camps, including food production, laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, and camp management. Today, Bluefin Group employs more than 800 employees, continuing to expand its operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
