East & West Foods LLC has been continuously operating in the meat processing industry since 2018 and officially opened its new plant, which has fully implemented the requirements of the GMP standard, on June 18, 2026.
The new facility has the capacity to process and classify
20 tons of meat per day and 5,280 tons per year, enabling the consistent preparation and supply of semi-processed products. We are establishing a foundation for the consistent supply of seasoned steaks, sliced meat, and semi-processed meat products tailored to consumer needs. In today’s fast-paced urban lifestyle, with increasingly busy work schedules, consumers seek to save time on meal preparation while consuming high-quality and safe food. Therefore, the seasoned steaks and semi-processed products manufactured at our plant are delivered to consumers as solutions that can be prepared in a short period of time, retain their nutritional value, and meet food safety requirements.
A key advantage of our factory is the full implementation of the internationally recognized
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard in food production. The GMP standard enables strict quality and safety controls to be applied throughout all stages of operations, from receiving raw materials to processing, packaging, storage, and distribution. This ensures a high level of product quality and hygiene and creates the conditions for providing consumers with safe and reliable meat and meat products with verified origins.
By expanding its operations and commissioning this new high-capacity plant equipped with advanced technology,
East & West Foods LLC continues to strengthen the reliability of its production and supply as part of its goal to bring Mongolia’s food safety to a new level, make a tangible contribution to the development of the meat processing industry, and produce high-quality products that are competitive in both domestic and international markets.
Furthermore, our factory is fully aligned with the objectives of the
“Food Revolution” national movement, initiated by the President of Mongolia, to improve productivity, competitiveness, and safety in the food industry. By developing the production of meat and meat products based on domestic raw materials and compliant with international standards, the plant will make a tangible contribution to strengthening national food security.
