Redfin Seafood & Grill Lounge opened in 2025 as a contemporary restaurant and lounge located in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. Featuring a modern interior that blends Japanese and European influences, the venue is equipped with a state-of-the-art stage and LED screen, creating a versatile setting for dining, entertainment, and private events.
Our lounge accommodates up to 100 guests for seated dining and up to 200 guests for standing receptions and events. It also features two individually designed VIP rooms, each accommodating up to 10 guests and offering its own private smoking room.
Redfin Seafood & Grill Lounge is the latest addition to Bluefin Group, which brings more than a decade of experience in Mongolia’s restaurant, catering, and event industries. The Group serves more than 10,000 domestic and international guests annually and has successfully organized and catered numerous large-scale events over the years.
Redfin Seafood & Grill Lounge offers a diverse selection of Japanese and European-inspired cuisine, with a particular focus on premium seafood and an extensive range of steaks.
Among our signature selections is Matsusaka Wagyu, one of Japan’s most prestigious varieties of wagyu beef, renowned for its exceptional marbling, delicate texture, and rich, melt-in-the-mouth character. Guests can also enjoy our umami-rich Tomahawk Steak, Dry-Aged Beef Ribeye, and a variety of other premium cuts, each prepared to highlight the natural flavor and quality of the meat.
Our Dry-Aged Beef Ribeye is carefully aged for 28 days at our own meat processing facility, allowing naturally occurring enzymatic processes to tenderize the beef while developing deeper, more concentrated flavors.
The whole cut is then roasted in a Firenace oven and finished with smoke from apple and cherry wood chips, creating a distinctive balance of rich flavor, tenderness, and subtle smoky aroma.
