Introduction


Bluefin Catering Service LLC has been providing comprehensive catering services at the Altan Tolgoi mining project of Bayan Airag Exploration LLC since February 2018, serving approximately 350 - 400 people at the mine camp.

Our services cater to both camp residents and day-shift employees through on-site dining facilities and meal delivery. Menus are carefully planned to meet the daily caloric, nutritional, and vitamin requirements of mining personnel, with three hot meals and beverages provided each day.

As part of our commitment to supporting local communities, the majority of our project workforce is recruited locally, complemented by qualified and experienced professionals from Ulaanbaatar.

To continuously monitor and improve service quality, we conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys among mine camp residents and employees. Survey results have shown that 87% of customers are satisfied with the quality of our services, reflecting our ongoing commitment to consistent standards and customer satisfaction.
