Bluefin LLC began its journey in 2013 with the opening of Bluefin The Steakhouse, introducing a premium steakhouse concept and a new standard of dining and service to Mongolia’s restaurant industry. The company has since expanded with Bluefin Cuisine d’Art, Bluefin Sushi Bar, and Bluefin Le Bistro, establishing a strong presence across the restaurant, catering, and event service sectors.

Catering has been a core part of Bluefin’s operations since its establishment, extending beyond its restaurants to provide off-site and large-scale event catering at locations selected by clients. Since 2018, the company has managed food and catering operations at Zaisan Hill Complex, followed by Ori Studios in 2022 and MPM Event Hall in 2026. Through these event venues, Bluefin has successfully served more than 50,000 guests.

Since 2015, Bluefin has delivered catering services for major corporate, diplomatic, and international events in Ulaanbaatar and across Mongolia, ranging from intimate functions to large-scale events of up to 4,000 guests.

Its experience includes catering for ASEM events, United Nations celebrations and official functions, diplomatic receptions for the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, as well as major events for leading organizations including Golomt Bank, KHAN Bank, XacBank, MIAT, and Unitel Group.
